Playloop never charges for keys. If anyone asked you to pay anything to receive one — even something that seemed harmless like a “processing fee” — we want to know. We’ll investigate every report and flag the responsible studio. You don’t need to be sure it was a scam; even “something felt off” helps us spot patterns.
